1. Seller identification

The website monplaisirsecret.com is operated by Mon Plaisir Secret, a company with its registered office in France, listed in the French trade register. The customer can contact the seller via the form available at /en/contact.

2. Scope

These terms and conditions of sale govern sales made by Mon Plaisir Secret to individual consumers (natural persons) through the website monplaisirsecret.com. Any purchase implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

3. Products and prices

The products presented on the site are adult items (18+). Prices are shown in euros (€), French VAT included. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable is the one in force at the time the order is confirmed.

Photographs and images are for illustration only and are not contractual. The seller cannot be held liable for minor colour differences due to screen display.

4. Ordering process

The customer selects the products, adds them to the cart and completes the order by providing their delivery details and payment method. The order confirmation is sent by email and constitutes acceptance of the sales contract.

The seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of suspected fraud, breach of these terms or an obvious error in the published price.

5. Payment methods

The following payment methods are accepted: PayPal (Visa, Mastercard or PayPal account) and bank transfer. Payment is immediately due at the time of the order. No banking data is stored on the seller's servers.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped in discreet packaging, with no mention of the store, to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and the carrier chosen. The seller cannot be held liable for any significant delay attributable to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

However, sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened by the consumer are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact the seller before the deadline expires, clearly stating their intention. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from notification of the withdrawal, once the returned product has been received in the required condition.

8. Legal warranties

All products benefit from the 2-year legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable French and European law. In the event of a defective product, the customer must contact customer service.

9. Liability

The seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the products sold, nor for disruptions or interruptions of the Internet network. The seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

10. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge before taking legal action.
